Bedrooms/Bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (beds) and 1 twin-bedded room, there is also a portable "Z" bed which will fit comfortably in any of the bedrooms or the sitting room. All bedrooms have a dressing table, wardrobe space, bed-side tables and lamps. One double bedroom and the twin are on the ground floor where there is also a large bathroom with bath/shower attachment and panel screen, bidet, basin and toilet. This bathroom is next to the twin and opposite the double.
Entered via a small landing, the upstairs double bedroom includes full bathroom en-suite, separate shower, two wash basins, toilet and bidet. This bedroom is bright, and an interesting yet highly practical shape and has a walk-in wardrobe. It has a queen sized double, cast iron, four-poster bed. The bedroom is entered via a landing from which there is also access to the upstairs balcony. See photo gallery>

Sitting room/Dining
This is a spacious bright room. Well furnished, double aspect on curved exterior wall it overlooks the garden to side and rear with access through large sliding picture windows onto a polished stone terraced veranda curved around the villa. There is a CD player and T.V. but no cable or satellite. Comfortable seating for 8 adults (or less comfortably, for up to 10!) on two large sofas.
There is a further, separate downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin in the entrance hall. |

Kitchen
This is a large, bright, and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. It includes dishwasher, washing machine, combi-microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and an astonishing array of utensils a cook’s dream. It is immediately to the right on entering the villa. A back door from the kitchen opens onto an outside courtyard and that leads onto the veranda and garden access.

Outside area
Outside area includes a large stone table and seating suitable for outside entertaining or just chilling. It seats up to 8-10 (and is not movable!) and is situated on the covered part of the terrace. There is another garden table and six chairs which can be moved around the veranda or onto the patio by the pool or into the courtyard. There are also five rigid sun-loungers (with waterproof mattresses) which can be wheeled around, and some occasional tables for poolside use and a large beach umbrella on stand. This is kept in the storage cupboard outside.
A barbecue is built into the exterior of the house with its own Moorish chimney, and a variety of smaller barbecues including portable versions for picnics at the beach available in the external store cupboards, one for every occasion!
There is also a vine clad car-port and room for 2 other vehicles on the private front drive.

| There is a 3 day maid service included in the quoted price, however for parties over 5 persons, a 6 day service is charged, depending on composition of party, (e.g. a baby under 12 months using a cot would not count) please enquire for current additional cost when making your enquiry. Bed Linen is changed once a week. Should you require more frequent changes of bedding/towels, please let us know when you book. Please note the maids make beds and clean the floors and bathrooms- they will not do your washing up or tidying up! They also have their own keys and come in threes! |
